The screen wire we use the most is the charcoal screen mesh (black screen) it is the clearest screen mesh made and it is put on all windows even new windows, for example Milgar, Anderson and Pella windows all use the charcoal color window and door screen mesh.  The reason charcoal screen is the best to use is because the sun dose not reflect as much and blocks you view less than grey screen.
